INTRODUCTION TO ROASTING

Our Introduction to Roasting will get you on your roasting journey. You will learn basic coffee roasting knowledge such as roasting system types and forms of heat. You will then learn the roasting stages, controls and parameters while learning about roast profiles and roast logs.

We will be using Roest L100 and the same coffee multiple times and then cup the roasted samples at the end of the course. The idea is to taste and discuss any similarities and differences in the cups and any further adjustments required.
